Update QLogic drivers on Windows 7

It had been reported that the QLogic stock driver that comes with Windows 7 could not show all LUNs in a large SAN environment, updating the drive from the QLogic site solved the problem.  The QLogic site does not have Windows 7 drivers, so the Server 2008 driver was used.
