Venice IP Helper application

There is an application to help ease changing the IP address of the Venice server.  Venice application relays on Spycer to have the same IP.

Inside there is a readme file that states:

Place the following files into the correct locations:
/root/Desktop/VeniceIP_Helper.desktop
/usr/local/bin/venice_ip_helper
