Venice Appliance / AVID Gateway - enable all PCI connected cards

Please change the following BIOS setting to enable all slots: 
BIOS -> Advanced -> PCI/PnP Configuration -> SXB1 PCIe Width -> 'Forcex8/x8'       (Default ist 'Auto')
