Venice is not showing any channels

Things to check if the Venice is not showing any channels:

1. Be sure the configured IP address for both Spycer and Venice are the same, and are valid (currently configured for a live interface on the system)
2. Check the Service.conf file (/etc/opt/DVS/Venice/Service.conf) to be sure Venice is set to "Enabled" (set line "Enable=" to "...=1")
