Venice is not showing all channels or swapped – Help Center

If the Venice is a four channel Venice but is showing less than four channels, or the channels are swapped, check the following:

Be sure the PCI.conf file (/etc/opt/DVS/Venice/PCI.conf) has at least two unique entries, however, four entries are more commonly present.
Be sure the Service.conf file (/etc/opt/DVS/Venice/Service.conf) has the "NumberOfCards=" set to the number of channels, instead of physical cards. (There is some ambiguity between the terms "card" and "channel" when configuring the Venice and in most cases these words should be treated as synonyms.)
