Spycer Agent unresponsive during scan

Originally from ticket #13193.

Spycer can't finish the scan on a large san volume, and during the scan, the spycer agent will become unresponsive.

When a spycer client performs a scan of a volume, and it appears to halt, grab the logs and directory listing with:

ls -la | directory_listing.txt
