USB 3 to eSATA adapter on Red Hat 6.2

BYTECC SuperSpeed USB 3.0 to eSATA adapter works on Venice 2u.

Teseted on Venice 2u running RHEL 6.2, a USB 3.0 connector is located in the front behind the bezel.  It is connected to an internal USB 3 card.

Making the connections

1.  Connect the eSATA storage device to the BYTECC, turn on the storage device.
2.  Connect the BYTECC to the USB 3 port on the Venice 2u.

In this example, the eSATA device shows up as /dev/sdg.  Format Drive / Format Volume as desire.
