Spycer standalone startup / permissions errors in Windows

If you start Spycer standalone software and receive one of the following messages.

The DVS SpycerAgent service is missing or not started correctly in Windows.  

 

 

You can choose from one of two steps below that corrects this. 

1. Open the SpycerAgent Tool.

Select Stop, Select uninstall, Select install, Select Start. 

 

2. Open the Spycer Standalone GUI.

Select the Configuration tab, then General tab.

Toggle the content management radio button to Disable then back to Enabled. 

 

Confirm the DVS SpycerAgent is running and set to Automatic

in Windows services.
