Dell servers TSR logs for Dell support

Dell tech support typically requires a set of logs from iDRAC to go with a Dell trouble ticket, the link below is the instructions to collect the log.

Download the log

Please follow the instruction to gather the log and attached it to the appropriate Rohde and Schwarz ticket for processing.

The section that is most applicable is:
iDRAC version 2.30 and higher

For iDRAC 7 and 8

Read the log

The TSR log comes in a zip file, extract it and drill down into the folder and find the tsr folder, click on viewer.htmland it will show the log information in a web browser:
